The BULGARIAN HOUSING ASSOCIATION (BHA) was established in 1994
by housing experts, local government members and private developers
as an independent, private, non-profit legal entity. The BHA
came to life as a result of revealed and deeply realized necessity
for new type of housing organisations, that are independent from
the government and capable to identify and deal with the real
housing issues, mobilising and integrating all public and private
resources.
